Job Description

Job PurposeWorks within IT Governance team to provide oversight, direction and guidance/consultation for IT projects from project request submission through project close-out and post-implementation reviewKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities

  • Participate in planning the blueprint for technology governance framework with significant business and/or technical challenges requiring subject matter expertise.
  • Work with the business to develop processes and procedures to ensure information security policies and standards are integrated.
  • Ensure all aspects of project management disciplines and ensures compliance with agency specific and project governance policies, procedures, standards and guidelines have been followed.
  • Recommend actions and/or resolve sophisticated issues that may cross organizational boundaries.
Key Activities
  • Reviews and validates project deliverables to ensure information accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and compliance.
  • Support the development, deployment of Governance procedures, policies, and controls
  • Ensure the Governance models, practices, policies, and processes align with the IT Governance models, practices, polices, and processes.
  • Ensures proper management of IT Initiatives using tools, data, and dashboards.
  • Perform the needed communications with the Divisions? points of contact and other stakeholders
