IT Governance Manager

Job Description

Ensures that IT solutions and services are efficient, effective, and aligned to achieve the organizations business objectives. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT governance domain.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, TOGAF, and ISO frameworks (Certification is a plus).
• Experience in development and implementation of IT strategy and digital transformation programs.
• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with data management practices including data governance and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading teams.

• Develop, maintain and implement IT policies, procedures, processes and plans in alignment .with regulatory requirements and best practices such as TOGAF.
• Develop, maintain and implement IT business continuity framework and plans in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices such as ISO 22301.
• Develop, maintain and implement enterprise architecture standards in alignment with business objectives and best practices such as TOGAF.
• Develop, maintain and implement digital strategy and transformation program in alignment with business strategic objectives.
• Provide governance, risk and compliance insights on IT Department practice to drive the improvement of IT Department.
• Develop IT goals and KPIs and service catalogue thats alignment with digital strategy.
• Provide various type of reports over digital strategy implementation, ROI, IT KPIs and goalsetc
• Design and implement enterprise data strategy in key areas such as data governance and data framework.
• Manage and oversight all risks related to IT Department.
• Oversee and ensure IT involvement in all relevant business process.
• Oversee the digital transformation projects.
• Ensure alignment with the annual business plan from a strategic and innovative perspective, and making sure that digital strategy agendas are aligned with any business plan changes.
• Foster a culture of change and digital adoption within the organization.
