With 2 production facilities, 5 warehouses and more than 450 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun?s position in Saudi Arabia through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.Ensuring that all IT end users utilize the suit of Jotun IT applications to the fullest by consistent proactive engagement with the business, running training/consultation/support and keeping the lights on (availability of IT resources) to drive efficiency in the way of work and safeguarding Jotun penguins from cyber risks by complying to Group IT policies and standards in the local companies.QualificationsAcademic degree (Bachelors in Information Technology).1-3 years of relevant experienceGood command of verbal and written English and Arabic languagesJOB DESCRIPTIONDuties and responsibilitiesAssist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on IT service tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and becomes a source of competitive advantageConduct day-to-day IT operations by ensuring availability of IT services and applications to provide seamless connectivity to users. Perform regular status checks and coordinate with service vendors for support.Ensure high availability of internet connectivity, LAN/WAN for business applications with acceptable latency within internal and external network available by coordinating with vendors/service providers.Run improvement initiatives locally/regionally moving users to be more digital than manual in the way of work by conducting trainings, developing/integrating new solutionsKnowledge of Microsoft Power BI & Power Apps is an added advantage.Be responsible to ensure relevant maintenance contracts and licenses are maintained and conduct regular reviews to ensure we are compliant.Responsible for all incidents, events and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated in the End-to-End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoringEnsure that cost implications or local risks are flagged appropriately while running a global, regional or local campaigns or projects by working closely with the Local / Regional IT Manager to ensure that the best fit is found to compliment the requirements.Provide IT inputs to various factory/office projects in the local company and to make sure required IT infrastructure is in place as per business requirements.QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor: Information Technology (Required)Language:Arabic, EnglishWork Experience:PF ITOther qualifications (certificates, skills etc.):PERSONAL QUALITIES AND WHAT WE OFFERPOSITION INFORMATIONCompany:Jotun Saudia Co.
