Responsibilities:. Serve as a consultant/advisor on IT risk & control or IT regulatory matters to technology units, as well as working with them to resolve technology and cyber risk issues. Manage IT audit/ regulatory reviews including coordination, communications, and required actions with external auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders as appropriate. Support security and technology compliance to internal policies, processes, and controls, as well as compliance to external regulations. Review existing cyber security and information technology risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes and suggest improvements. Work effectively with cross-border teams such as business, operations, product, engineering and security teams on evaluating, recommending, implementing and managing security/ IT solutions across IT and cybersecurity domains (e.g., Access Management, Change Management, Network Security etc.)-Establish and oversee the implementation of periodic Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan review and testingQualifications Required:. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security or any related field. Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CC, CISM is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in a either a regulated financial institution (preferably FinTech) or any prior IT audit or consultancy firms is preferred. In depth understanding of the IT regulatory requirements within the MENA region, especially in SAMA and Saudi Payments. Good knowledge of international security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST Cyber Security Framework. Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery management process. Strong written and oral communication skills with English. Proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage for cross border communication with stakeholders in China
