Ercon Middle East Al Saudi Contracting is seeking an experienced Irrigation & Softscape Foreman with a civil engineering background to supervise and execute landscaping, irrigation, and softscape projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in managing teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily site activities related to irrigation networks, plantation, turfing, and other softscape works.• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.• Lead and manage site workforce to achieve project milestones within schedule and budget.• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including pumps, pipelines, valves, and controllers.• Monitor material usage, ensure safety compliance, and maintain site discipline.• Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to the project team.Qualifications & Skills:• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Irrigation/Softscape Foreman in landscaping or civil projects.• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and softscape works.• Ability to read and interpret civil/landscape drawings and specifications.• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
