Matching with your Profile Years of Experience** 1 - 5 YearsEducation RequirementDiplomaDuties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not limit to): Verifying and storing all materials received at warehouses. Attend all internal sourcing request from various regional Rigs. Perform monthly cycle count on all materials stored at warehouses. Labelling, verifying & marking all materials stored at warehouse. Maintaining accuracy of the inventory at warehouse and yard. Receiving materials local and foreign shipments as per company purchase order, checking quantity, quality keep the proper place in the store location. Pulling & segregating project materials as per the regional project requirements. Pull various inventory report on weekly basis and work with concerned parties for adjustments and improvements. Travel offshore for support or to fill in as storekeeper temporarily whenever required. Travel to offshore rigs whenever needed for inventory cycle count or audit purposes and report the daily inventory progress to the immediate supervisor. Make sure that the backloaded received from rigs are right as per manifest and move the backload items as per instruction. Any discrepancy in the manifest should be immediately addressed. Produce weekly reports. Cover the warehouse supervisor role when required.Job RequirementsQualifications & Experience : Diploma Degree or in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management. A solid background and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions related to the procurement of goods and services.Skills Required* Team player with excellent communication skills* Analytical Skills
