Job Description

Saudi Aramco, one of the worlds leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, and international contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain have signed a shareholders agreement to establish a New Company for Procurement and Logistics Hub in Saudi Arabia to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability. It would be the regions first hub catering to customers in the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors.The JV aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, there would be all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia, and the ultimate goal is to reach the MENA region.We are looking for a passionate and highly experiencedInventory Control Managerrole for the DPDHL JV with Saudi Aramco, based in Al Khobar.Objective:

  • The Inventory Control Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, controlling inventory levels, conducting physical inventory, and Inventory management. The Inventory Control Manager will use analytical skills when analyzing and reporting data to make strategic recommendations for improving inventory processes and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and demand forecasting accuracy Quality Control.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that products meet quality Reporting.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, stock levels, and any potential issues or opportunities for Process Improvement.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance inventory management processes, streamline workflows, and reduce operational costs while maintaining product quality Team Collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations and transportation, Procurement, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless inventory operations and support business growth.
  • Leads his team in an audit for all inventory levels & types.
  • Maintain current and implement new plans, procedures, programs, and strategies to enhance performance, accuracy levels, and interdepartmental perceptions.
  • Ensure the stock control division is well organized and controlled to support the businesss goals sufficiently.
  • Review, develop, and apply the inventory policies, procedures, and audit techniques.
  • Plan for and supervise cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, research discrepancy, and sanitation.
  • Researches and resolves inventory or system problems.
  • Work as the departmental liaison with finance, operations, internal/external auditors, and clients.
  • Planning all team members. Tasks and monitoring their KPIs.
  • Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, and stock on hand).
  • Understand the customers needs and deliver operational excellence.
Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management, Economics, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Logistics Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years in the inventory control field.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in developing analytical tools and reports for effective inventory management and control.
  • Experience with SAP or WMS will be highly preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills and proactive work ethic, solid knowledge and understanding of inventory management and control practices.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Track record of team management and development.
  • Aligns resources and the organization to achieve objectives.
  • Supply Chain experience in forecasting, demand planning, and order management.
  • Ability to develop strategic and tactical supply chain plans to ensure growth and
