We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer with strong project management skills and the ability to lead a design team to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative interior designs that meet client needs and preferences, as well as managing all aspects of the project to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and colors for various projects.• Present design ideas and concepts to clients through presentations.• Plan and organize all phases of the project from start to finish, including scheduling and budgeting.• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure precise execution of designs.• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phases.• Lead and guide the design team to efficiently achieve project goals.• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.• Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and present them to management and clients.• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology.• Propose continuous improvements to processes and methods used in design and project management.Qualifications Required:• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and project management.• Proven experience in team management and achieving group objectives.• Strong skills in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
