Job Description

  • Manage relevant internal and external stakeholders within assigned region / area
  • Build and maintain relationships with Urban Planning/Proponent Team/Consultants and Projects team as required/needed to ensure alignment
  • Gather necessary information about schedules, milestones, latest stakeholders, population development, demand development and dependencies between regions
  • Develop and provide regular updates to the entire interface team and their respective project managers following an assigned template
  • Ensure to compile regional updates into an overall general update for the entire team on a regular basis (monthly or as otherwise requested)
  • Participate and, when required, lead discussions between Energy sector and other sectors / regions
  • Prepare documentation and presentations to relevant stakeholders and other relevant third parties when required
  • Provide guidance to project managers on project milestones and ensure provision of comments to the masterplans on a timely basis
  • Assist project managers through meetings facilitation to ensure proper representation and effective communication between technical and non-technical participants
  • Guide project manager during endorsement stages until the endorsement statement is issued and signed from the resource producer with appropriate terms and conditions
Qualification & Requirements:
  • Recent 3-6 years of experience in interface management, project management or relevant fields
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in Energy Sector (e.g., through Consulting, Contracting)
  • Ability to develop clear, concise, and effective presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Highly collaborative, open mindset and strong communication skills & positive attitude
  • Advanced analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop trust and use logic to gain commitment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to connect in meetings with stakeholders and derive correct information
