Integration Manager

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an Integration Manager to join our team in Riyadh! In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow between various project stakeholders, contractors, and technology systems. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of critical infrastructure and have a significant impact on a large-scale program.Responsibilities: Ensure that the policies and regulations available from the client are suitable to the delivery of the program and to modify as necessary to ensure that operation efficiency is at its maximum and in line with the latest state of the art innovation. Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for the program, aligned with overall program objectives and milestones. Manage and facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders, including design teams, construction contractors, technology providers, government agencies, and the public. Oversee the integration of various systems and data sources, ensuring seamless exchange of information and efficient data management. Identify and manage potential integration risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions and mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation, including integration plans, interface control documents, and data exchange protocols. Monitor and report on integration progress, performance, and adherence to defined standards and protocols. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the integration processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of project governance and control frameworks. Lead and motivate a team of integration specialists and ensure effective collaboration within the program.Qualifications: Minimum of 20 years of experience as an Integration Manager or similar role in a complex program environment. Up to speed with latest project management innovations integration software such as PMIS that parsons uses in order to make the operation smoother. Proven track record of successfully managing the integration of large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in data management and information technology systems integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
