Expert in various types of field Analyzers commissioning, calibration and maintenance job. Routine checkup of analyzer house and gas racks. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Analyzers. Maintaining of sample conditioning systems and maintenance of SCS equipments. Preparing solutions and maintaining analyzer documents. Handling of gas cylinders like carrier gases and calibration standard gases. Knowledge to understand of P&IDs, Cause & Effect Diagram, Wiring Diagram for JBs & Panels. Familiarization of ISO Documentation and Safety related System. Validation & Calibration, Erection & Commissioning of Various types online Analyzer like Gas Chromatograph Analyzer (ABB, Simens) O2 & Co2 Analyzer (Ametek, Sick Maihak, ABB,Rosemount) SOX, NOX, O2 and CO Analyzer (Sick Maihak, Ametek) Hydrogen Analyzer (ABB, Thermo, Applied Analytic) Air Demand Analyzer (Ametek) PH Analyzer (Rosemount, Polymetron, Hach, Yokogawa) Conductivity Analyzer (Rosemount, Polymetron, Hach Moisture Analyzer (Ametek, Panamatrics) Sulfur Analyzer (Thermo) Silica Analyzer (Hach, Polymetron) Sodium Analyzer (Hach, Polymetron) FT-NIR Analyzer (ABB) GULF experience preferred.Attractive salary, free food & accommodation provided by company.
