Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Instructional Coordinator to join our team. As an Instructional Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs and curriculum development. You will be responsible for collaborating with teachers and administrators to create engaging and innovative instructional materials and methods. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for educators.   • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards and goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for instructional design and delivery.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary resources.
  • Provide ongoing support and professional development for educators, including training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate instructional effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay abreast of current research, educational trends, and best practices in instructional design and delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field, Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in educational technology and instructional design software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and administrators.
  • Understanding of assessment strategies and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local education regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
