PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN)Prepare reports, and work on project implementationImplement and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures.Implement & Troubleshoot IPsec Site-to-Site VPN.Perform reviews of Network Security design, configuration and logs to ensure compliance with security policiesComplete High & Low level network documentsMonitor network capacity and performance metrics of various networking systems.Troubleshoot network related issues, reachability issues, routing issue etc. and implementing changes in network to improve the networkCoordinate with service provider in case of any outages, install/support devices such as Firewalls, F5, Routers and SwitchesMentor team members on technical issues.Key Accountabilities:Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.Job Requirements:JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Education and Certifications:A bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Electronics or related field.Cisco CCNP certified or above.Firewall, Load balancer, Collaboration Certifications is a plus.Knowledge and Experience6 + years of experience in in Network field is requiredSkills Required:Ability to work in teams and individuallyDecision making and problem solvingResult orientation and prioritizationYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
