.Client DetailsOur client is a semi-government organization based in Saudi Arabia looking to become a globally renowned tourist destinationDescriptionOur client is looking to hire an Infrastructure Planning Executive Director to be responsible for planning activities across the infrastructure masterplan of the megaproject The Executive Director will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all the necessary project controls associated with the Infrastructure masterplan across sectors including utilities, ICT, water, electricity etc. Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise Establish and implement the project controls process and systemProvide strategic guidance to the program controls team consistent with the different projects execution strategyProfileAcademic Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
