Infrastructure Support Lead Analyst to design, maintain, support, and scale the SAP infrastructure. To guide, coach and facilitate a team of experts and contribute to the infrastructure support services. The position is part of a team of infrastructure engineers consisting of excellent technical skills in several domain competencies.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day leadership to the Infrastructure Services team.Design, build, and support the server and network infrastructure.Provide operational support of the SAP architecturesWork with engineers and developers to define provisioning, configuration, protocol support, and security for infrastructure.Maintain stability of the infrastructure as new products and services are introduced.Develop, mentor and train staff; seek to improve processes and procedures with the goal of delivering the highest level of services to customerDevelop, document, implement and maintain processes and procedures for the day-to-day operations and the integration of new services;Promote a strong culture committed to service quality through the successful execution of repeatable, well-designed processes.Monitor the status of alerts, tickets and processes to ensure tasks are being completed timely;Communicate policy and procedural changes;Make recommendations for changes and improvements and communicate to senior managementMeet and/or exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.Provide technology direction so that project services are highly available, efficient, and operable with acceptable performance.Solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and vendor products.Report to the incident / problem management trends identified through analysis of historical outages, and use these trends to identify and implement changes to resolve potential future issues before they occurWork with service providers to identify process / tools to enhance end user experience of the serviceManage high severity outages through standard ITIL processes until resolutionKnowledge sharing through presentations etc. to fellow members of the teamInfrastructure technology generalist with subject matter expert (SME) of several technologies within an infrastructure environment consisting of: operating systems, storage, virtualization, networks, heterogeneous computing devices and information security.Proficiency as systems administrator for dedicated technologies and escalated support.Analyze, dissect and re-engineer existing solutions with a focus on elevating efficiency and increasing performanceJob Requirements:Education:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field.CCNP, CCNA CertificationITIL V3 Certification is plus.Communication capabilities in Arabic and English languages.Relevant Experience:5-7 years’ experience proven technical experience on managing large infrastructure setup3 years of professional experience in infrastructure and technical operations.Skills Requirements:Good understanding of network (LAN/WAN) protocols and architecturesAbility to communicate at all levels of an organizationAbility to provide clear thinking during high severity, high impact outagesStrong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sourcesStrong analytical skillsInternal Cross Working Relations :Different domain teams like Change Management, Release Management, Security Management etc.External Working Relations:Customer.Third parties (Vendors / implementation Partners)
