We provide to our elite customers a very high-end services in delivering Food, Sweets, Cakes in the best quality and taste.Job Purpose:IT Supervisor generally run the IT team that initially installs a companys internal network and computer systems. They analyze a companys technology needs, develop systems and software, implement hardware and software, conduct tests and maintain ongoing operations of all systems.Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis in support of process improvements.
• Analyze system hardware and software problems and provide technical solutions.
• Work with team members to resolve ongoing functional issues with applications.
• Responsible for in-house repairs of laptop and desktop computers, servicing equipment.
• Ensure technical compatibility of existing and proposed software and hardware solutions.
• Provide technical implementation and support for applications used.
• Work closely with the IT team on various projects.
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
• Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
• Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Acts as a resource to other departments within the College in order to provide information on available resources, programs, and/or services.
• Participates in strategic and tactical planning to coordinate the delivery of products and services. Evaluates technology, sets standards, and makes appropriate recommendations for purchase and implementation. Provides project management for applicable technology deployments.
• Collects and analyzes a variety of complex data and information. Performs analysis and summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
• Participates in the development of standards and procedures for technology purchases and the utilization of outside vendors. Solicits, provides input into, and makes recommendations for the purchase of technology solutions. Manages leased and purchased hardware and software.
• Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures, and processes in support of Technology operations in assigned functional area of responsibility; implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
• +4 Years experiences in the same filed is a must.
• Having a certificate in CCNA , Microsoft Office, and others are preferred.
• Fluent in English.
