Job Description

We are looking for a Diligent IT specialist to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues. To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. Top candidates will also have an amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service.Responsibilities:

• Set objectives and strategies for the IT department.
• Select and implement suitable technologies to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
• Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
• Direct and organize IT related projects.
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage of.
• Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
• Manage the Cyber& Information security space in the organization and ensure standard Cybersecurity frame work is being deployed.
• Mange the Information and Records Management activities and deliver a decent share-point platform.
• Supervise the ERP function/team and monitor the new developments on this space.
• promote broad technology agenda to help the business profit from leading-edge initiatives/technologies.
• Empower IT to create digital backbone and drive the digital transformation projects initiated by the business.
• Introduce business mobility ideas/solutions to the business in order to increase functions efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Introduce Data Analytics and business intelligence reporting tools/services and map it to various business levels.
• Design a suitable DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and form a proper ERT (Emergency Response Team) in case of a crises or disaster scenarios.
• Focus on ROI improvement of IT
• Work in a cross-functional model with different organization teams and innovate new capabilities at an unprecedented pace.

• Bachelors degree in information technology or related field.
• professional certification (CCNS,MCSE, e.g.)
• strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• High English proficiency both written and verbal.
