Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading international personal care and beauty chain looking for a Field Trainer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in various training methods - coaching and interactive activities - handling makeup, skincare and fragrance products.As a Field Trainer, you will:- Perform regular in-store training- Design and execute orientation programs for sales team- Design training programs to cover knowledge gaps- Ensure store teams develop necessary skills and product knowledge- Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. demo, make-up application, group activities)- Enable team to represent brand in the best way- Provide consistent feedback and coachingDesirable skills and background:- At least 5 years experience as Field Trainer or similar capacity handling Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, and Fragrance products- Knowledge in make-up a(product/trend/theory/color), skincare & fragrance, application is a must- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and presentation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- English and Arabic speaker (required)If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this highly successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
