Job Description

Our ClientA well know Cyber Security company in Saudi Arabia.Job Title:Looking for an IBM Guardium Security EngineerYour Responsibilities

  • Configuring and deploying Guardium agents on database servers
  • Creating and managing security policies to monitor database activity
  • Troubleshooting Guardium issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that Guardium is integrated with other security solutions in the organization
  • Conducting regular assessments of Guardium configurations to identify potential vulnerabilities or risks
  • Providing guidance to database administrators and other IT staff on how to use Guardium effectively
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends to ensure that Guardium remains an effective solution for protecting the organizations data.
Ideal candidate
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Database Activity Monitoring with IBM Guardium Administration.
  • Experience in performing Database Activity Auditing and Monitoring with fair understanding the underlying business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Encryption with CipherTrust Administration.
  • Good knowledge in Database security & PCI / SOX auditing
  • Good knowledge on Servers (Windows, Linux, Unix) and database (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Good knowledge of HSM (Hardware Security Module).
  • Good knowledge of certificates, such as SSL certificates.
  • Good knowledge of data inspection techniques for structured data and unstructured data.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required within Computer Science , IT related or Software Engineering
  • Professional Certification from IBM and Thales Professional certifications (or equivalent) in Enterprise Security
