PROJECT SUMMARYJazan Integrated Gas and Power Company (JIGPC) is purchasing an over $11 billion Gasification/Power located at Jazan Economic City (JEC) in Saudi Arabia.JIGPC will purchase, commission and operate the gasification assets, power block and the associated utilities from Saudi Aramco. These assets are currently under construction and will be transferred to JIGPC upon successful completion, currently scheduled for the end of 2021.JIGPC will own and operate the facility under a 25-year contract for a fixed monthly fee. Saudi Aramco will supply feedstock to JIGPC, and JIGPC will produce power, hydrogen and other utilities for Saudi Aramco. Air Products will own at least 50 percent of JIGPC, with Saudi Aramco and ACWA Power owning the balance. JIGPC builds upon the importance and recognition that critical infrastructure assets in the region are being developed and operated under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.The Jazan IGCC is the world?s largest IGCC and ASU facility making 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include: liquids gasification, acid gas clean up, soot ash recovery, sulphur recovery, combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, water utilities systems and waste water treatment facilities.POSITION SUMMARYOpportunities are now available for a Hydrogen Recovery Unit (HRU) Commissioning Lead to support the Jazan IGCC commissioning and start-up phase as the HRU commissioning lead.The incumbent will report to the Gasification Commissioning Manager and work with the operations team consisting of Operations Foremen, Supervisors, and inside and outside operators operating unit in addition to interacting closely with the project, engineering and maintenance personal for the unit.?This position is intended to target candidates with field/operations/commissioning experience in large process plants.?The Jazan IGCC team supports the safe and efficient leadership, planning, commissioning and start-up of process gas units, including PSA and gas membrane technologies?PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is intended to target candidates with commissioning, and supervision experience who have an understanding of operations, control logic, and process knowledge. Candidates should be able to direct, understand, and develop operating procedures and make appropriate decisions on when to deviate and rewrite them.?The incumbent will lead the unit through the commissioning, start-up and start-up stabilization period for hydrogen recovery systems.The Commissioning Lead?s responsibilities include:

• Being an integral part of a dynamic team that sets the example for being leaders in Safety during the commissioning, start-up, and start-up stabilization period bringing new assets on line
• Part of a ?eld leadership team to plan, manage, and prepare equipment and systems for ?rst time start-up
• Work with other units that import to or export from the HRU to ensure timely delivery of products
• Developing work processes and procedures as required
• Lead and provide support to the operations team to make them self-sufficient to run the unit after commissioning
