Duties and Responsibilities:?? Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, troubleshoot, and operate various air conditioning equipment, including **chillers, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, and cooling towers**.?? Compressor Overhauling: Expertise in overhauling compressors (centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating).?? HVAC System Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, 3-way valve actuators, actuator sensors, water coils, gauges, and thermometers?? Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions, leaks, failures, and breakages in regulation and control devices.?? Power System Operations: Operate and test **backup electrical systems** to ensure continuous power supply for all equipment.?? Emergency Response: Restore plant functions after shutdowns or power failures to reintegrate and operate equipment effectively.?? Chiller Plant Maintenance: Maintain and clean chiller plant areas, removing grease, oil, and debris to ensure a safe work environment.?? Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance efficiency and equipment longevity.Qualifications:? ITI, Diploma, Vocational, or Certified Training** in HVAC or related field.? 6 to 10 years of experience in , Building & Construction.? Gulf experience preferred
