Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise HVAC installation works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Plan and coordinate daily work activities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture among team members.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.Inspect work quality and ensure proper documentation of work performed.Control manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste.Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.Prepare reports on work progress, issues, and safety incidents.Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 7 years’ experience in HVAC supervision, preferably in large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety standards.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
