The Human Resources Specialist would be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, such as creating and managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related functions.Documentation and Paperwork: Ensuring that new employees complete all necessary paperwork.Verifying and organizing the documentation needed for the employees personnel file.Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.Sending a welcome email or letter to new hires, providing essential information about their first day,including start time, location, and any necessary paperwork.Provide orientation and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement company policies and procedures.Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.Assist in developing and delivering training programs for employees.Maintain HR systems Jisr and databases on Share Point, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Navigating various Saudi governmental platforms (Business Absher, GOSI, Muded, Muqeem, Health Insurance)Qualifications Human Resources (HR) skills Expertise in HR Management Ability to create and manage HR policies Experience in managing Employee Benefits Expertise in Personnel Management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidential information Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plusDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
