The role holder is responsible for ensuring the high quality of assigned HR projects, through effective management and execution of assignments with respect to time and project schedules and financial control. This includes managing all phases of project execution including project scope of work definition, selection of optimal consultants and contractors for design and execution, timely completion of project milestones, identification and mitigation of risks and successful handover of assets to relevant stakeholders upon completion. In addition, visiting the stakeholders and following up via all communication channels.Assist in implementing project management processes, methodologies and tools. Ensure adherence and compliance for all projects under scope.Manages external projects as a project lead, working with key stakeholders both internally and externally to identify resources, milestones, and timelines., visit clients and build a good relationship with them.Maintains a high level of communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally, to help drive and support project implementation and manage project impact.Receive the RFP from stakeholders and prepare the technical and financial proposal.HR OperationRecruitmentLearning and DevelopmentHR MarketingVisit client RequirementsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related discipline.2+years experience working in a project management function.IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project)Fluency in English/Arabic languagesAdaptable and able to work in a multicultural team
