You will manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.You will be accountable for the preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses to achieve formal execution by appropriate parties.You will manage costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges, and present these to clients.

You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall quality of life for our employees and ensuring that our clients receive the best well-being services available.Youll Be Responsible For
  • Well-being Support: Provide support to internal staff and clients to improve their well-being, which may include emotional, physical, and mental aspects across MEA.
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients as required to extend our well-being services, ensuring they receive the utmost care and support.
  • HR Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR and HSW departments to develop and implement well-being programs and initiatives for internal staff and support the HSW function.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to well-being programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact on employee and client well-being.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Create informative and engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal staff and clients to enhance their well-being awareness.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal staff and clients, actively listening to their needs and providing guidance and support.
  • Promotion: Promote well-being services and initiatives within the organisation to encourage participation and engagement.
  • Personable Approach: Be a goodwill ambassador for well-being, demonstrating a warm and personable demeanour while interacting with colleagues and clients.
Youll Need To Have
  • Previous experience in well-being or HR-related roles is required.
  • No specific degree is required, but relevant qualifications and certifications related to well-being or HR are a plus.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to create effective presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and caring attitude with a strong desire to improve the well-being of others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
