Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and noncompliance issues.
Collaborate with department heads and employees to develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the organization.
Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on HSE matters, including safety procedures, emergency response plans, and hazard identification.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities.
Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to minimize risks and ensure workplace safety.
Stay updated on new regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in HSE, and recommend necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Coordinate with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders on HSE matters as required.
Prepare and deliver HSE reports and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
