Job Description

Our Client, an IT company is seeking to hire an HSE Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah, KSA.Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure compliance and manage any necessary permits or certifications.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends related to QHSE metrics.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of QHSE Regulations Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Ability to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with employees, management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve QHSE objectives.
  • Auditing and Inspection Skills: Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Analysis Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate QHSE performance and make informed decisions.
  • Training and Education:Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance QHSE awareness and competency among employees.
  • Attention to Detail Thoroughness in reviewing documentation, conducting inspections, and implementing procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Adaptability Flexibility to respond to changing regulations, industry standards, and organizational priorities.
