Aramco Approved HSE Supervisor / HSE Lead (valid approval is mandatory).Requirements:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas or construction projects.Strong knowledge of Aramco safety standards, SAEP, GI, HES documents, and relevant procedures.Certification in NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if Aramco-approved).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ready for immediate local transfer (Iqama must be transferable).Willing to work in Qassim and Shedgum project locations.Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, procedures, and project specifications.Lead and supervise all site-level HSE activities and ensure implementation of HSE plans.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.Monitor site operations to ensure safe work practices and adherence to method statements and JSA.Conduct toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training programs for workers and staff.Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.Coordinate with project management, client representatives, and subcontractors regarding HSE matters.Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and records as required by Aramco HSE guidelines.Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities and teams.Ensure emergency response procedures and drills are effectively implemented.
