Role Summary:The HSE Supervisor will oversee health, safety, and environmental performance across all contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and enforce HSE compliance for contractors/subcontractorsConduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talksReview and approve HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessmentsMaintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reportingPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvementQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, or related field10–15 years of HSE experience in large-scale construction or renewable energy projectsStrong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standardsProven experience in contractor HSE management and auditingExcellent leadership and communication skills
