Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site.Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Promote a safety culture among project teams and contractors.Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.Liaise with project management to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project planning.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or relevant discipline.8 years of project experience in Oil & Gas industry.Extensive project experience with no maintenance background.Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and incident investigation techniques.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
