HSE ProfessionalJob Location : Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities :•Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and policies in line with industry standards and project requirements.•Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure full compliance with company and client safety protocols.•Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and report findings to management.•Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site teams.•Ensure all operations meet local regulations, Saudi Aramco standards, and company procedures.•Monitor environmental impact and promote sustainable operational practices.•Act as a liaison between company management, clients, and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters.Requirements :•Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.•At least 3 years of experience with Saudi Aramco projects (mandatory).•Minimum 1 year of experience with SAWCOOD.•NEBOSH Certification (mandatory).•Strong understanding of HSE standards, safety audits, and risk assessment methodologies.•Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and train personnel at all levels.•Commitment to fostering a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence.
