Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HSE plans specific to pre-commissioning activitiesSupervise safety performance and ensure compliance with project HSE standardsCoordinate with commissioning teams to ensure safe execution of tasksConduct safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talksLead incident investigations and prepare reportsEnsure proper work permits and safety procedures are followed on-siteRequirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant fieldNEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certificationsMinimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 3?5 years in pre-commissioning/commissioning environmentsStrong knowledge of PTW systems, LOTO, hazardous energy isolation, and SIMOPSExperience in oil & gas, power, or industrial commissioning projects preferred
