We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer – Aramco Approved to ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramcos safety standards on our project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring health, safety, and environmental aspects of the work, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture among all personnel.Key Responsibilities:Enforce implementation of Saudi Aramco’s safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.Monitor compliance with approved Work Permits, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Method Statements.Report unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents in line with Aramco HSE reporting protocols.Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and induction sessions for site staff and workers.Coordinate with site supervisors, safety managers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to HSE policies.Maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, safety reports, and incident logs.Participate in emergency drills and assist in emergency response planning.Requirements:Must be approved by Saudi Aramco as an HSE Officer (valid SAP number preferred).Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas or construction industry.NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international HSE qualification.Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSEMS, GIs, and other relevant standards.Familiarity with Work Permit Systems, hazard identification, and root cause analysis.Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in multicultural environments.
