The candidate will promote safety culture and conduct regular site inspections.Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.Promote safety awareness and training among staff.Investigate incidents and prepare reports.Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.Facilitate emergency response planning.Requirements: Proven experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Strong communication and training skills.Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).Ability to promote safety culture on-site.
