Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports.Facilitate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for personnel.Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety measures.Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports.Promote safety awareness and a proactive safety culture among all personnel.Assist in risk assessments and method statement preparations.Coordinate with management and workers to ensure continuous HSE improvement.Qualifications & Skills:NEBOSH certification (National General Certificate or higher).Relevant experience in HSE roles within industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments.Proven ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.Good knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.Valid certificate of competence in first aid and firefighting (preferred).
