Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Field Supervisor for Package-1 to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. The ideal candidate will monitor field operations, ensure safety procedures are followed, and promote a strong safety culture across all activities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily HSE activities and ensure compliance with project HSE plansConduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talksEnsure all personnel adhere to safety protocols and PPE usageReport and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditionsMaintain HSE records and documentation as per company and client standardsRequirements:NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certificationMinimum 7 years of experience in field HSE supervision (construction/oil & gas preferred)Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standardsGood communication and leadership skillsPrevious experience in Package-1 scope (if applicable to your project)
