We are seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to oversee and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across our projects and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring legal compliance to foster a safe and sustainable working environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities.Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA).Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and walk-throughs to identify potential hazards.Deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks to workers and staff.Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare root cause analysis reports.Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.Maintain accurate HSE documentation, logs, and reports for internal and regulatory use.Support emergency response planning and conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises.Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness at all levels of the organization.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.).Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent.5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.Excellent communication, observation, and leadership skills.
