Job Description

We are redefining the way work works for the better, making automated HR, payroll, employee benefits and insurance a possibility for all businesses.We are one of the fastest growing startups in the MENA region with 200+ team members from 30+ different countries.We are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to lead our People function in the KSA.Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Bayzats HQ P&C team, this position is responsible for the full gamut of HR Operations and Member Experiences across Saudi Arabia, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Government Relations, Compliance, Employee Requests, Engagement, and Off-boarding
  • Be the POC for all Bayzats members throughout the Kingdom, ensuring SLAs are met with the overall objective of providing and maintaining a world class employee experience
  • Establishing and implementing all KSA People/HR policies, contracts and legal documentation in line with our cultural principles and Saudi labor law
  • Working with the Recruitment team to ensure our hiring needs in the KSA are met
  • Partnering with third parties including Recruitment agencies, Outsourcing companies, EOR and AOR services, and designing processes/workflows accordingly
  • Getting members buy-in and providing constant guidance and support on everything related to policies and procedures
  • Leveraging technology to analyze data and constantly automate processes and internal workflows
  • Full ownership for ensuring that all of Bayzats entities, contracts, and members across the kingdom are full company compliant with KSA labor laws
  • Coordinating with People Ops teams in HQ to ensure timely processing of member salaries
  • Managing all offices, suppliers, vendors and third party contractors across the kingdom
  • Acting as a business partner and advisor to Saudi members and leadership teams when needed
  • Managing onboarding experiences for all new members, including visa acquisition, the allocation of assets, subscriptions...etc.
  • Acting as the point of contact for all regulatory matters and authorities local authorities in the KSA, and managing all HR-related government portals (GOSI, Mudad, MHRSD, Qiwa, COC)
  • Maintaining healthy recruitment pipelines and devising strategic hiring plans to constantly maintain Saudization
Requirements:
  • Saudi National with 7+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in managing HR Operations within hyper-growth scale ups in the KSA
  • A critical thinker who is adept at identifying problems before they arise
  • Grit, resilience and a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • A knack for technology
  • Commercial soundness
