This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a HR department and grow with a well established business that offers an elevated career opportunity.DescriptionThe Responsibilities will include:Developing HR policies and proceduresMonitors and updates or chart structure/ recruitment and saudization programme reports on a regular basis.Solves highly complex problems or unusual issuesCounsels senior management and the management committeeResponsible for the recruitment and hiring of employees on a timely mannerReports to management on recruitment updatesMonitors division audits and recommends improvements to procedures and processesAnalyses business plans and develops forecast of human resources requirementsDevelops systems to maintain dataWorks with management to plan and implement programmes supporting short and long term business needsTranslates Arabic/English documentsIdentifies KPIs for HR DepartmentInterprets government relations for the preparation of procedures and policysConducts strong legal analysis to diagnose what needs to be done to build positions and cases that can prevail in court and to create and find interpretations and strategies that can accomplish the uncommon law.ProfileThe Successful candidate will have/beBS Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 15 years of significant experience or equivalent covering organisational development and structuring, recruitment, training and development, employee relations and performance evaluation.Masters degree in Human resources or SHRP QualificationGeneral understanding of Human Resources regulations and saudisationMastery of labour law provisionsExcellent communication skillsSaudi nationalStrong ethics and reliabilityJob OfferA Total package of 40,000-45,000SARStandard medical insurance
