Housing Manager – Food Delivery DriversLocation: Riyadh Able to Travel other cities if requiredCompany: SHDH LogisticsEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Logistics / Food DeliveryRole Overview:SHDH Logistics is seeking a proactive Housing Manager to oversee and manage driver accommodations across our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and organized living environment for our food delivery drivers, supporting their well-being and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day operations of driver housing facilities across assigned locations• Coordinate with landlords, maintenance teams, and vendors for timely repairs, utilities, and furnishing• Track occupancy levels and ensure optimal space utilization based on project/driver needs• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all accommodations• Schedule and supervise housing inspections; resolve any driver concerns or complaints• Work with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate new driver move-ins and exits• Maintain housing inventory records (beds, appliances, keys, etc.)• Handle documentation for lease renewals, rent payments, and housing contracts• Prepare monthly housing reports, including cost analysis and capacity planning• Support logistics team during scale-up periods (Hajj, seasonal peaks, new client launches)Qualifications:• 2+ years experience in housing/facility management, preferably in logistics or workforce housing• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Familiar with housing laws and labor accommodation standards in Saudi Arabia• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and housing software/tools• Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with different teams• Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written)
