We are seeking an experienced Heavy Lift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:5 to 10 years of proven experience in heavy lift operations.Strong knowledge of heavy lifting equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.Experience working in Saudi Arabia, with familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Planning and managing heavy lift operations, including project execution and resource allocation.Supervising and coordinating with teams to ensure timely and safe execution of lifts.Inspecting and maintaining heavy lift equipment to ensure operational readiness.Conducting site surveys and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with local laws and regulations.Preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, and documentation.Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.Training and mentoring staff on heavy lift procedures and safety measures.Troubleshooting issues during operations and implementing solutions promptly.Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
