The company prioritizes safety, quality assurance, value engineering, and advanced scheduling techniques.Role Description:The Heavy Driver is responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles such as trailers, dump trucks, tankers, or flatbeds to transport goods, materials, or equipment to designated locations. The driver ensures safe, timely, and efficient transportation while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:• Operate heavy vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.• Transport materials, goods, or heavy equipment to specified destinations.• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure mechanical soundness and report any maintenance needs.• Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo and verify all documentation.• Maintain accurate trip and delivery logs.• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and company safety policies.• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of assigned vehicle.• Assist with manual loading or unloading if required.• Ensure vehicle is fueled, clean, and ready for operation at all times.• Coordinate with dispatchers and supervisors regarding routes, schedules, and assignments.Requirements:• Valid Heavy Vehicle KSA Driving License as required.• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a heavy vehicle driver.• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic laws.• Ability to read and understand delivery documents and route maps.• Physically fit and capable of working long hours or shifts if needed.• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a plus.• Must be dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious.Preferred Skills:• Ability to communicate in basic English or Arabic.• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning.• Strong time management and organizational skills.
