Prepares a structure and procedure for Fire Prevention, site Safety issues of the common areas as well as overall safety & security Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to management on security policy and practices. Identifies exposures and to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriateMonitors and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs here as appropriate.Sets goals and objectives for the staff of security and safety department , monitors the work schedules of the unit and evaluates their performance and leads by example. Arranges all the shifts, weekly offs, and leaves, etc. for concerned security and fire staff.
