Health and Safety InstructorNesma High Training Institute(NHTI) was established by Nesma & Partners in 2011, under the supervision of Technical Vocational Training Corporation is currently looking for an experienced HSE Instructor who is familiar on Saudi Aramco operational HSE standards.* Create instructional resources for use in the classrooms. * Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities. * Create positive educational climate for trainees to learn in. * Meet course and institute-wide trainees performance goals. * Participate in ongoing training sessions. * Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year. * Maintain grade books. * Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed. * Create lesson plans. * Utilize various curriculum resources. * Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans. * Utilize curricula that reflect the diversity of training. * Develop incentives to keep participants in class. * Establish and communicate clear objectives for all training activities. * Prepare and distribute required reports. * Observe and evaluate trainees? performance. * Manage trainees? behavior in the classrooms by invoking approved disciplinary procedures. * Help trainees develop their skills. * Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment * Participate in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controlsSkills2-4 years of experience in the Field Strong communication skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic. Ability to deal with different and difficult people in the workplace. Diploma HSE or equivalent Hold an internationally recognized certification including OSHA and other certifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH.
