HEAD, ORGANIZATION DESIGNPosted onWednesday, 01 May 2024, 22 Shawwal 1445Apply byThursday, 16 May 2024, 8 Dhu Al Qida 1445LocationRiyadhDepartment/SectionAdmin Section - Organization Design DepartmentSummaryLeads organizationstructure and design initiatives, projects, activities and functions across theOrganization in line with established strategic goals andobjectives.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1- Developsinnovative, creative, and high-impact organizational design strategies and plans that drive outstandingorganizational performance.2- Providesprofessional counsel, and support to the Director, OrganizationDevelopment in developing andimplementing integrated and value-added management processes, programs, plansand systems that contribute strategically to the overall effectives andefficiency of the Organization.3- Recommends, provides anddevelops professional analyses, alternative perspectives, information, andtechniques regarding organizational structure and design to enhanceorganizational effectiveness.4- Leads systematic review andanalysis of goals, duties and responsibilities of departments, divisions andgroups of the organization.5- Leads organizational studiesto assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing organization structures,functions & processes, including reporting relationships and communicationprocesses and recommends changes as applicable. Develops appropriateorganizational structure for related signatory authority level and managementnotifications.6- Reviews Organization-wideprograms/services, develops recommendations and prepares presentationssupporting executive-level decisions relative to improving the efficiency andeffectiveness of the Organization s operations.7- Maintains collaborative andeffective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreastof significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatoryguidelines, which may influence assigned functions/services and/or theHospital.EducationMaster s or Bachelor s Degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.Experience RequiredAt least nine (9) years withMaster s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor s Degree of related OrganizationDesign/Structure or Human Resources Development experience including four (4)years in a senior or supervisorycapacity is required.Other Requirements(Certificates) Certified Human Resources Programs and/or Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or any equivalent certificates is preferred.
