Job Description

Job SummaryDesign, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair, modification, replacement and decommissioning/sale of physical assets and infrastructure assets.Job responsibilities

  • Asset management business, assign identification numbers to fixed assets.
  • Recording the original possession and disposal of the asset in the accounting system.
  • Printing on reprint costs Reconciliation in the fixed asset ledger for the summary account in the general ledger.
  • Account for all fixed assets.
  • Conduct periodic inventory of the physical inventory of fixed assets.
  • Sensitive analyzes on the constant as required by the administration. Preparing tables for libraries with assets and helping to answer the answer.
  • Tracking the Authoritys expenses in relation to assets, the budget, the capital budget.
  • Preparing data for public accounts.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the process of the auditor.
Required QualificationsMasters or bachelors degree in financial management or a related fieldRequired ExpertiseMinimum practical experience:
  • Masters degree 2 years.
  • Bachelor 4 years.
