Job Description

Aspire has partnered with a fast-growing retail beauty brand in Riyadh and is currently hiring for a Head of People. We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead the People function, driving a culture of happiness, engagement, and success. If you are eager to be the best in class and make a significant impact, we want you on this team.The main impact Delivering happiness across the business and driving an integrated company culture and delivering flawless People Operations across the business.Responsibilities:

  • Key driver of employee engagement, talent acquisition, and talent retention. Develop the People Strategy by creating annual plans, budgets, and execution.
  • Create, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish to improve and enhance People processes with a strong link to digital applications/tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and frequent internal contact with the management team and individual team members.
  • Lead the People team: help, develop, coach, train, and motivate employees.
  • Coordinate larger operational processes such as new market entry processes.
  • Proactively search for, work on, and implement improvements and opportunities that will help to improve KPIs such as recruitment, retention, employee engagement, employee turnover, absence, and visa management.
Requirements:
  • Experience with People functions in KSA in a retail organisation, preferably in beauty or luxury.
  • Analytical and strong communication (hard and soft) skills.
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and People systems.
  • People management skills, team management, influential and leadership abilities.
  • Creative skills, commercial insight, assertiveness, proactivity, flexibility, accuracy, and stress resistance.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work with governmental authorities.
  • Knowledge of local legislation and procedures in People and Labor Law in KSA.
