Our client is looking for a Head of HR to join their organization. The head of HR will report in to the COO and will be required to lead the company through a transformation.Client DetailsGovernment Entity (confidential)DescriptionThe organization is currently undergoing a transformation and is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead this.Other responsibilities include:Implement HR strategy within the organisation working alongside business leadersLead and develop the HR teamEnforce best practiceWork closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR mattersDevelop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focusAdvise on compliance and risk management issuesWork within and apply key business drivers to people management strategiesEnsure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policiesManagement of high performance generalist HR servicesIntroduce and drive change management initiativesOverall responsibility of the recruitment processOversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievanceKeep all employees informed of key organisational issuesEvaluate and make recommendations on cost-effective training and development programmesAct as the externally facing representative for HR for the organizationProfileMust be a Saudi NationalMinimum 15 years experienceExtensive experience in a senior HR roleQualified CIPD member preferred.Strong track-record in HR generalist and change management rolesCommercial acumen and credibilityExtensive experience of managing a teamFaultless communication and interpersonal skillsJob OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work with an established organization.
