Job Description

Our Client:Currently hiring for the Head of Engineering role within their heavily funded and expanding IT services company.Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all development teams technical strategy including android and iOS.
  • Champion engineering culture and ensure the company continues to develop its working environment
  • Manage technical groups and engineering meetups.
  • Meet operational needs in terms of price, delivery targets and quality.
  • Mitigate risks by evaluating the challenges faced by the business.
  • Drive improvements in development practice.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget.
  • Recruiting key talent taking control of the interview process.
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing team.
  • 6+ years working with Laveral + PHP.
