The Head Nurse is responsible to manage specific designated nursing services. Allocates available resources to promote efficient, effective and compassionate nursing care, provides input into managerial —level decisions, and keeps staff informed about nursing management level of activities. Supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of CareConnect. Adheres to policies & Procedures.
